Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $26 is required to secure all appointment. $25 is deducted from your service total.

 

Late Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period for refills and 15 for full sets. Late arrival may results in the need to  reschedule, with your deposit forfeited.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. If you reschedule within the 24-hour window, a new deposit will be required.

 

No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and you may be required to pay a no-show fee before booking future appointments.

 

Refunds: Mink Mansions does not offer refunds on any services, products, or deposits. All sales are final.

 

Service Adjustments: If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will offer a complimentary adjustment. Adjustments are subject to approval and are only available for the original service performed.

 

Health & Safety: For the safety of our staff and clients, please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness. Please notify us as soon as possible, and we will reschedule your appointment without penalty.

 

VIP Appointments: VIP clients can book appointments outside of regular working hours (7 AM - 11 PM) for an additional fee of $35. Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
