Each appointment at Mink Mansions is reserved with intention, ensuring a personalized and elevated experience focused on precision, consistency, and care. Please review the policies below before booking.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
A non-refundable deposit is required and deducted from your service total.
LATE POLICY
Please arrive on time for your appointment. While there are no late fees each service is timed and tardiness will result in shortened services.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. If you reschedule within the 24-hour window, a new deposit will be required.
NO SHOW POLICY
No Shows will be charged 50% off appointments total. To avoid a no show please communicate before tour appointment scheduled time.
REFUNDS
Mink Mansions does not offer refunds on any services, products, or deposits. All sales are final.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will offer a complimentary adjustment. Adjustments are subject to approval and are only available for the original service performed.
HEALTH & SAFETY
For the safety of our staff and clients, please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness. Please notify us as soon as possible, and we will reschedule your appointment without penalty.

VIP APPOINTMENTS
EXCLUSIVE BOOKING ACCESS
Early morning and late night appointments are available for an additional $50.
NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERRABLE
Payment for VIP appointments, including the $50 fee, is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other appointments.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT
Full payment must be made upfront, securing your VIP appointment.
CANCELATIONS & RESCHEDULING
VIP Appointments must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of the payment.
NO SHOW POLICY
In the event of a no-show, the full payment is forfeited,.
LATE ARRIVAL
There are no late fee any tardiness will be deducted from the appointment time resulting in a shortening of service.
